The Challenge

Our client came to us with a process that involved carrying a USB in their pocket from one site to another to enable entry to their database. Inconsistencies in the way people entered data resulted in an avalanche of data duplicates. Reports could only be accessed if printed, and it slowed things down when changes were required, the risk of data loss was high. As frustration climbed, and paper piled up, their productivity was in free fall.

The Cadence Solution

We built a bespoke project management and CRM system from the ground up. With a Cloud-based solution, they no longer needed to travel between sites at all. Double-up data is no longer an issue as the system is able to detect possible duplicates before they’re saved. All reports are now created, customised and viewed within the platform, so they only have to be printed if requested. And the customer portal add-on lets their clients log in and see their status, keeping them up to date with less effort. As a result, they’ve saved money, countless trees and seen productivity reach a new pinnacle.
